Arrive and breathe a sigh of relief after an individual journey. We recommend traveling by Westbahn or ÖBB from Munich main station directly to Linz main station. It may already be possible to check in at the Courtyard by Marriott Linz. If not, you are welcome to drop off your suitcases.

Listen to new things and meet like-minded people during a joint visit to the MICE Business Austria at the Design Center Linz.

MICE Business Austria will bring together the Austrian event scene at the Design Center Linz on March 27, 2025. At the symposium with table fair, event experts will meet exhibitors from all over Austria to learn from each other. Professionals will inspire with their knowledge on and off the stage. Culinary delights will be provided throughout with finger food and drinks included.

As a location and certification body for Green Meetings & Green Events, the Design Center Linz offers unique opportunities for events of all kinds. Multifunctional rooms with capacities of up to 3,000 people are available on three levels.

After the last panel talk, the bar is the perfect place to network. We then take a short walk to dinner together in the Börserie. A good night's sleep is guaranteed at the Courtyard by Marriott Linz hotel.

A luxurious start to the day with breakfast at the Courtyard by Marriott Linz hotel, followed by an exploration of the ****Superior hotel and its facilities.

We go on a discovery tour through the city and visit locations, in between we indulge in culinary delights. Visits to meeting places:

– voestalpine Stahlwelt – Immerse yourself in the world of steel
At Austria's largest industrial site, the motto "one step ahead" is not only lived out in production, but also in the design of the seminar and conference rooms. Up to 350 people can be accommodated here for your event.

– Palais Kaufmännischer Verein, the Linz Hofburg
In the heart of the city center, historical ambience meets modern architecture. From Bridgerton dance classes to AI workshops, this location knows no bounds. A place that has been facilitating encounters for more than 120 years.

– Tabakfabrik Creative Center
This architectural gem with its industrial chic is a meeting place for Linz's business and creative scene. Whether for cozy morning team meetings or open-air celebrations, the former industrial complex invites curious visitors to discover and explore.

– Ars Electronica Center – Museum of the Future
Have you ever visited the entire universe in the largest 3D space in 20 minutes? Artificial intelligence, neuro-bionics, and robotics not only in textbooks, but also in interaction. Explore artificial intelligence at the AEC and end the day with a view of the Danube.

For refreshments, we stop at Stadtliebe in the city center.
In the afternoon, there is time to explore the city on your own, experience cultural highlights, or enjoy a slice of Linzer Torte.

At the end of the day, get to know the premises and amenities at the hotel on the Danube and gain an insight into the hotel group's new projects. To round off the day, Arcotel will treat us to dinner together.

On Saturday, together with the Convention Bureau Upper Austria, we are heading to the Loxone Campus in the picturesque Mühlviertel region. Surrounded by greenery, you can expect not only an inspiring and ultra-modern learning and conference environment, but also a look behind the scenes of the market leader in smart home technology.

Soak up the atmosphere of the vibrant city once again before your individual departure (approx. 16:00) or extension to Sunday.
