The organizer of the Fam Trip is always the respective hotel, the location or the Convention Bureau.

The contingents are limited to 15-20 rooms.

Legal notice: For legal reasons, we would like to point out that all Fam Trips are for training and information purposes. All program modules are to be understood as a test for the design of your own events. A leisure character is excluded. In addition to providing information, the program also includes networking, i.e. the exchange of experiences and contacts within the industry.

• The invitation is aimed exclusively at people who work in a related profession and are decision-makers in this field.
• We would like to expressly point out that you have been invited to this event as a "buyer", even if you are offering services at the same time.

The sale and advertising of products and services is reserved exclusively for Fam Trip partners and is therefore prohibited for participants.
The presenting partners are required to report this accordingly - in the event of non-compliance, ILLERHAUS Marketing reserves the right to charge the regular partner fee retrospectively.

• We charge different fees in advance, which are defined by the client (the respective hotel, the location, the Convention Bureau or the hotel chain).
• The fee can be found in the description of the respective Fam Trip.
• If the invoice is not paid, the right to participate in the Fam Trip expires.

The services included in this fee are usually:

• Overnight stay(s) as part of the Fam Trip
• Food and drinks (as part of the program)
• Sightseeing program
• any shuttles that may be required

Participants are responsible for all other private expenses. Cancellation conditions & corresponding invoicing:

This event has a value of 350,00 Euro in a single room and 450,00 Euro in a double room. Cancellations will be charged as follows:

Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the event: 50%
Cancellation up to 3 weeks before the event: 75%
Cancellation up to 1 week before the event. 90%

There is no cancellation fee if you can be replaced by a suitable participant. Participants will receive detailed information approximately one week before the start of the Fam Trip. All Fam Trips are documented photographically. By participating in our events, you agree to the publication (in print, internet, video & DVD form) of photo, video and video stream material. This also includes social networks. ILLERHAUS reserves the right to cancel, interrupt or terminate the event at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, for reasons of safety or law. Claims against ILLERHAUS are excluded in this case. The cost contribution already paid will be refunded.
