Rolevolution – The AI Roadshow for Medical Assistants

Rolevolution: memox launches AI roadshow for administrative assistants in seven cities

Hosted by Diana Brandl, a new program puts the future of personal assistance in the spotlight.

Following the successful launch of the roadshow last year, memox is taking the next step: With “Rolevolution – The AI Roadshow with Diana Brandl,” a new program specifically designed for executive assistants will launch in 2026. Across seven cities, memox will bring together executive assistants who want to actively develop their roles, strengthen their strategic influence, and meaningfully integrate artificial intelligence into their daily work.

At the heart of the roadshow is a trend that many assistants are already experiencing: their role is changing. There is a growing demand for digital skills, strategic thinking, visibility within the company, and the ability to confidently handle new technologies. This is exactly where Rolevolution comes in—with a program designed by assistants for assistants that combines guidance, networking, and practical insights.

As the host in every city, Diana Brandl is a central figure of the roadshow. She is one of the most recognizable voices in the world of personal assistance across the German-speaking world. As an international speaker, coach, and expert in personal branding, New Work, and the evolution of modern personal assistance professions, she embodies the very topics that are currently shaping the industry.

“The future does not belong solely to artificial intelligence, but to the symbiosis with authentic intelligence. Only when we combine the two—the precision of the machine and the depth of the human—can we achieve true impact in the role of an assistant.” – Diana Brandl

“Rolevolution” means not waiting for roles to change, but actively helping to shape them—that is the guiding principle behind this series of events. The roadshow aims to help assistants view AI not as an abstract trend, but as a concrete tool for working more efficiently, increasing their visibility, and positioning their value to the company even more clearly.

According to memox, over 350 assistants from Germany and Switzerland attended the last roadshow. This year, additional cities are on the schedule, and over 600 assistants have already registered—with more signing up every day. With Rolevolution, this exchange is set to grow even further—live on-site, featuring prominent figures on stage, new perspectives, and practical insights for the workplace.

Participation in the roadshow is free of charge. The roadshow kicks off in Frankfurt am Main on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. and concludes in Munich on Wednesday, November 18, 2026. In between, the roadshow will stop in Stuttgart, Basel, Berlin, Cologne, and Zurich.

memox is calling on assistants not only to sign up themselves, but also to share the platform internally and within their own networks. Because only by working together can the role of an assistant become more visible, stronger, and more sustainable.
