On April 23, 2026, Kitzbühel will become the meeting place for the MICE industry. At the MICE Alpentreff Kitzbühel, event planners, hotels, venues, and service providers from Germany and Austria will come together at the Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel to exchange ideas about new projects, trends, and opportunities for cooperation. The networking event is organized by ILLERHAUS Marketing.

Alpentreff is aimed specifically at event planners from companies, agencies, and organizations who are looking for new locations, partners, and inspiration for their events. The focus is on personal exchange in small, curated groups.

"The MICE Alpentreff thrives on direct dialogue and encounters between equals. Our goal is to bring event planners and providers together and generate new ideas for future events," explains Susanne Illerhaus, founder of ILLERHAUS Marketing.

Networking in an alpine setting

The venue is the Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel, a five-star resort on the edge of the Kitzbühel Alps. The combination of alpine ambience, modern infrastructure, and culinary offerings provides the setting for intensive exchange within the industry.

The program includes networking sessions, discussions with selected exhibitors, and a joint dinner at hosted tables, where participants and partners can exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere. The event will conclude with a casual get-together at the Golden Jazz Club.

Convenient travel from Munich

To make participation as easy as possible, the organizer is organizing a free shuttle service from Munich. This will take participants directly to Kitzbühel on the day of the event and back again after the event has ended.
