2:30 p.m.: Participation in the MICE Networking Lounge by ILLERHAUS at the ZeitHaus in the Autostadt Wolfsburg
The networking event at the ZeitHaus combines modern design with the history of the automotive industry and offers an inspiring setting for initial encounters with various national exhibitors from the MICE industry. The ZeitHaus is within walking distance of the hotel and also located directly in the Autostadt.

6:45 p.m.: Dinner together at TERRA, Ritz-Carlton
Dinner in a stylish setting offers an opportunity for discussion and networking. An interactive networking dinner with a flying buffet and music.

Evening: Good night and preparation for the upcoming program items

10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Guided tour of the Autostadt Wolfsburg & event options
The Autostadt offers a wide range of event locations, from modern brand pavilions to exclusive supporting programs. This is where innovation, design, and worlds of experience come together to create the perfect setting for meetings, incentives, and extraordinary events. Whether interactive tours, team workshops, or culinary highlights – the Autostadt transforms every event into an unforgettable experience that combines enthusiasm for technology and creative inspiration.

12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.: Workshop at the Scharoun Theater
The workshop on improvisation and personal expression teaches directly applicable methods for creating lively events and developing a strong and communicative personality – in the inspiring atmosphere of a theater that particularly promotes creative thinking and authentic presence.

2:45 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: B’MOOVD & Vesper at SportsAlm
BMOOVD impressively demonstrates how modern events can combine physical activity, collaboration, and enjoyment – a perfect place for companies that want to combine inspiration, team spirit, and experience. Please note that the Fam Trip has been designed exclusively for event planners - unfortunately, private accompanying persons cannot be considered.

The prices do not include the currently valid statutory VAT.
