The Westin Leipzig is located in the heart of the city and has 436 rooms, including 32 suites. The breathtaking view from the rooms is particularly noteworthy. The 4,000 square meter event space with 51 conference and banquet rooms as well as exclusive boardrooms is equipped with the latest conference technology and futuristic LED lighting. Small meetings and large conferences with up to 700 people are possible.
The spacious spa area features the largest hotel pool in the city, various saunas, infrared heat cabins, and modern fitness equipment.

The Leipzig Marriott Hotel is located near the main train station and offers 626 square meters of conference space with 10 bright, divisible rooms on one floor. The largest room can accommodate around 300 people. The hotel also has 231 comfortable rooms.
20:00: Performance at the Krystallpalast Varieté
The Krystallpalast Varieté Leipzig combines business, entertainment and culinary delights. In the style of the historic Krystallpalast, the 180-seat hall offers unconventional variety shows. The restaurant invites you to enjoy a meal before or after the show, and the rooms can also be used during the day.
Afterwards: Return trip or short walk to the hotel.

9:00 a.m.: Horseback riding tour with a visit to Täubchenthal and insights into creative Leipzig
(past the Spinnerei, Kunstkraftwerk, Karl Heine Canal, and other highlights)
The Täubchenthal in the west of Leipzig is a versatile venue for music, art and events. The ballroom, gallery, club room and outdoor area offer space for concerts, celebrations, markets and presentations - ideal for extraordinary events.
After the Trabbitour we walk to the Design Offices Leipzig Post.
The Alte Hauptpost on Augustusplatz is a location steeped in history with inspiring event and conference rooms at Design Offices Leipzig Post. Just a few minutes' walk from the main railway station, the location is easily accessible.
Tour and lunch at the Felix event location of the Staycity Apartments
With a view of Augustusplatz, the Felix event location offers flexible rooms, sophisticated cuisine and excellent apartments with kitchens. The 360 sqm Felix Club impresses with mobile partition walls and light art for atmospheric events.
Approximately 2:00 p.m. – Return to The Westin Leipzig and individual departure.

The following participation fee applies for this event from October 23-25, 2025 :
Single room: Event planner €129.00
Double room: Two event planners €258.00 (please include the planner profile in the registration form)
Unfortunately, private companions are not permitted on this fam trip.
All prices quoted are subject to 19% VAT.
The following services are included in the participation fee:

Travel to and from the event by train or private car is at your own expense.
