12:30 p.m. – We will meet for a welcome in the lobby and start our tour of the hotel
Located opposite the exhibition center, the Mövenpick Hotel impresses with its modern architecture, spacious event areas, and direct connection to the ICS. Together with Stuttgart Congress, it offers ideal conditions for events of all sizes.

1:30 p.m. – Lunch at the CIAO restaurant
The CIAO restaurant on the boulevard level offers a delicious selection of Italian antipasti, classic pasta dishes, and crispy pizzas from the original MORETTI oven.

2:30 p.m. – Tour of the Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Airport
Located directly at the terminal, the Mövenpick Hotel offers stylish conference rooms, first-class service, and perfect connections. In cooperation with partners at the airport, professional MICE experiences are created – efficient, international, and comfortable.

3:45 p.m. – Guided tour of the ICS International Congress Center Stuttgart – Space for visions
With over 33,000 m² of event space, the ICS is one of the largest and most versatile congress centers in Germany. The ICS is located directly at Stuttgart Airport and is seamlessly connected to one of Europe's most modern exhibition centers – with an additional 120,000 m² of hall space for trade fairs, exhibitions, or accompanying events. Thanks to its direct connection to the airport, highway, S-Bahn, and city rail, the ICS is easily accessible – fast, convenient, and centrally located in the heart of Europe. A flexible room concept, state-of-the-art event technology, and short distances between the convention center and exhibition halls make it the ideal platform for trade conferences, galas, product presentations, and more.

6:00 p.m. – Evening event at the Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Airport
An evening that showcases further possibilities at the hotel: in a relaxed atmosphere, you will experience the versatility of the location – cuisine meets creativity, lounge flair meets inspiring impulses. An external speaker will provide exciting input – the evening will remain relaxed, lively, and full of possibilities.

We end the day together at around 22:00.

10:45 a.m. – Guided tour of the Mercedes-Benz Museum
If you want to make a difference in Stuttgart, start at the origin of mobility: the Mercedes-Benz Museum. Legendary vehicles and visionary architecture provide the backdrop for events with charisma – whether it's dinner in the atrium, a lecture in the conference hall, or a reception with brand flair. The museum combines emotion with experience and creates an extraordinary setting for MICE formats with impact and style.

12:00 noon - Lunch at the Hilton Garden Inn Stuttgart Neckarpark

1:00 p.m. – City tour of Stuttgart
A cheerful tour of Stuttgart, charmingly blending everyday life, anecdotes, and Swabian wisdom—with a wink and a smile.

Afterwards: drive to the Pullman Stuttgart Fontana, check-in & free time at leisure

The ibis Styles impresses with its modern design, smart conference solutions, and relaxed atmosphere. Ideal for smaller meetings or creative formats. In collaboration with local partners, space is created for flexible event ideas in the urban district of Vaihingen.

10:30 a.m. – Guided tour of the Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Stuttgart including company presentation
The Vienna House Easy Stuttgart combines casualness with functionality. Whether for breakout sessions or workshops, the hotel offers charming rooms and uncomplicated technology. Creative MICE experiences are created with local partners – centrally located and relaxed in Vaihingen.

From 11:30 am - check out, lunch (for those who wish), departure
