You travel to Erfurt individually and check into your hotel at your leisure—or come directly to the MICE Networking Lounge.
The Fam Trip kicks off at 5:30 p.m.: The MICE Networking Lounge Erfurt invites you to enjoy inspiring conversations, make new contacts, and engage in intensive exchanges with industry colleagues. In a stylish atmosphere, valuable encounters and fresh ideas for future events will emerge.
Late in the evening, a transfer will take you back to your hotel.

Discover Erfurt & enjoy the Thuringian Forest
The day begins with an inspiring discovery tour of Erfurt. You will get to know selected conference venues and conference hotels while immersing yourself in the city's historical highlights. The combination of modern event infrastructure and UNESCO World Heritage status makes Erfurt a MICE destination with a special character.
After lunch together in Erfurt, we continue towards the Thuringian Forest. In the picturesque Schwarzatal valley, you can experience nature, tranquility, and new perspectives—perfect for fresh ideas away from the classic conference routine.
In the afternoon, you will arrive at the Hotel Morgenroth in the Thuringian Forest, one of Thuringia's most exciting new hotel projects. The stylish 4-star hotel combines modern design with regional roots and offers ideal conditions for conferences, events, and creative formats.
The evening is all about enjoyment: at a Thuringian cooking party, you get involved yourself, experience regional cuisine with all your senses, and let yourself be inspired by the culinary delights. A delightful conclusion full of conversation, atmosphere, and special moments.

Event locations & return journey
On Saturday, you will discover more extraordinary event locations in the Thuringian Forest that are perfect for meetings, incentives, and special events.
Afterwards, we will return to Erfurt. The official end of the fam trip is at around 3:00 p.m. at Erfurt Central Station.

The Morgenroth in Bad Blankenburg will open in summer 2025 and stands for new beginnings, renewal, and inspiration. Converted from a former administrative building, the 4-star hotel skillfully combines tradition and modernity as well as regional ties with cosmopolitan design.
Several conference rooms and a spacious event area offer ideal conditions for meetings, events, and celebrations. Stylishly designed rooms, a 400 m² spa area, and the in-house restaurant "Müllers im Thüringer Wald," based on the concept of Michelin-starred chef Nelson Müller, round off the offer—for enjoyment, relaxation, and new energy.
