Each of our event locations is designed in a unique, fairytale style - in typical Efteling style. This makes your event an experience that will live long in the memory. How about a party under the stars in the Fata Morgana Palace? Or would you prefer a grand performance in the Efteling Theater?

Kasteel Steenenburg: Be inspired by the historic splendor and green tranquility of 13th century Kasteel Steenenburg - a unique place where professionalism and hospitality come together. Whether it's a healing session, strategy meeting, wedding or creative event, we offer a setting in which you can come together and grow together. Here, every moment becomes meaningful, and what you experience becomes an unforgettable memory with character.

Safari Park: Beekse Bergen has various indoor and outdoor spaces that can be used for a conference. All rooms are located in an inspiring environment of forest, water and animals. Combine the conference with an overnight stay in one of the many accommodations at Lake Resort or Safari Resort Beekse Bergen.

Until 3:00 p.m. – Individual arrival at the Efteling Grand Hotel. The rooms are ready – drop off your suitcases, take off your shoes, and switch into adventure mode.

3:30 p.m. – Welcome in the lobby: A toast to the days ahead, accompanied by an inspiring presentation about the fairytale world of Efteling. Spoiler alert: Magic included.

4:15 p.m. – Exclusive park tour: Take a look behind the scenes at Efteling, discover stories, and be amazed. (Have your camera ready!)

7:15 p.m. – Aperitif & dinner at the Grand Hotel: Start the evening in style and look back on the first chapter of your Efteling experiences over a delicious meal.

🥐☕ Breakfast at the Efteling Grand Hotel – completely relaxed, completely personalized.

9:00 a.m. – Partner Day
Off to Efteling: All rides included – time for fun, tests of courage, and controlled screaming.

12:30 p.m. – Lunch at the Efteling Theater
Afterwards, free time in the park: enjoy, explore, ride again.

4:00 p.m. – Transfer to Kasteel Steenenburg

5:00 p.m. – Check-in & short break

6:00 p.m. – Guided tour of Kasteel
A touch of history, a little bit of magic.

7:00 p.m. – Dinner at Kasteel Steenenburg

10:30 a.m. – A look behind the scenes
Tour of the premises including company presentation – everything you always wanted to know about safari adventures (and a little bit more).

11:30 a.m. – Jeep safari with private ranger
Ready for some wild encounters? Elephants, giraffes, and perhaps a few "ahhh" moments await you.

1:00 p.m. – Lunch at Nommos (Safari Hotel)
Time to recharge your safari adventure spirit with delicious food.

Approximately 2:00 p.m. – End of the family trip
Say goodbye or extend your stay at the Safari Park Hotel – because you can never have enough adventure.

The following participation fee applies for this event from March 25-27, 2026:

In a single room: Event planner: € 129.00

Please note that this Fam Trip is designed exclusively for event and conference planners - private accompanying persons can therefore unfortunately not be considered.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

Two nights: first night at the Efteling Grand Hotel, second night at Kasteel Steenenburg
Meals incl. drinks as part of the program

Transfers on site as described in the program
Parking costs

Arrival and departure by train (our recommendation) or by private car are at your own expense.
