3:20 p.m.: Meet in the lobby – welcome, followed by a transfer to the first event
4:00 p.m.: At the GOP Varieté Theater in Bonn, a delicious meal and a thrilling show await you—the perfect way to get to know Bonn from its most inspiring side.

Above the Roofs of the Rhine and Sieg & The Beethoven Experience
Until 9:30 a.m. Start your day with a leisurely breakfast at the Kameha Grand Bonn and a site inspection. Discover the hotel’s design, event spaces, and unique views.
9:45 a.m. Transfer to Siegburg
10:15 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Site inspections of selected locations in Siegburg.
12:00 p.m. Tour of the Kranz Parkhotel Siegburg, followed by lunch together.

2:00 p.m. Transfer to Königswinter to the Steigenberger Icon Grandhotel Petersberg.
2:30–4:00 p.m. Well-being session and site inspection. Experience the unique atmosphere of this historic conference venue high above the Rhine.
4:00 p.m. Transfer back to the Kameha Grand Bonn.
4:30–5:30 p.m. Free time and a short break at the hotel.
5:45 p.m. Transferto downtown Bonn; meet the guide for a brisk walking tour of the city.
Followed by a light meal together .
7:30 p.m. Attend a concert as part of the Beethovenfest Bonn.
Around 10:00 p.m. Return transfer to the hotel

Start your day off right and recharge your batteries for exciting insights.
9:00 a.m. A behind-the-scenes look at the raw mill – fascinating insights and insider knowledge (details still being planned).
9:30 a.m. Meet the guide and drive to the former government district in Bonn.
10:00–11:00 a.m. Explore the Path of Democracy —passing the Chancellery with the Chancellor’s Bungalow, the Bundesrat, and other authentic sites of the Bonn Republic, including a tour inside Villa Hammerschmidt.
11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Tour of the World Conference Center Bonn, including a light meal – explore the venue and its capabilities for large-scale events.

1:00 p.m. Transfer back to the hotel, followed by individual travel by car to Cologne for the MICE Boat Show.
You will spend the third night of the fam trip aboard the new Transcend Cruises – an ultimate experience! The entire fam trip will end for you on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, after breakfast on board.
