For MICE industry meetings
The contingents of the events are limited. The organizer reserves the right to select guests.
For Fam Trips
The organizer of the Fam Trip is always the respective hotel, the location or the Convention Bureau. The contingents are limited to 15-20 rooms.
For themed events
The invitations are aimed exclusively at trade visitors who book or recommend events in the respective regions.

For event planners:
It's best to bring business cards and a short elevator pitch if you want to talk to specific exhibitors or service providers. An open attitude and interest in exchanging ideas are the most important things!
For exhibitors:
In addition to sufficient business cards, you should have your presentation materials (digital or compact printed) to hand. A mobile presentation stand, a roll-up or tablets for product demonstrations are also useful - depending on the booked format and space.
For event planners:
After a short welcome, structured networking sessions start, in which targeted discussions with exhibitors are possible. Afterwards, there is space for free exchange, keynote speeches or special highlights (e.g. a joint dinner, exclusive guided tours or live experiences - depending on the format).
For exhibitors:
You will be present throughout the entire event - whether in the networking area, at your stand or in personal discussions with event planners. Thanks to the structured format, we guarantee you targeted contact opportunities with relevant decision-makers.
For event planners:
Our events are aimed at representatives of large companies as well as freelancers, sole traders, PCOs, agencies and associations. The decisive factor is your connection to the event or MICE industry - not the size of your company.
For exhibitors:
Whether you are a location, private hotel, region, tourism organization, technology provider or hotel cooperative - as an exhibitor you are welcome if your products or services are relevant to the MICE and event industry. Smaller providers also benefit from direct access to decision-makers.
For event planners:
Participation in our networking events is generally free of charge. If you wish, you can make a voluntary contribution of €39.
Participation fees are charged for our Fam Trips - depending on the location, hotel selection and duration, these range from €89 to €149.
For exhibitors:
Exhibitors are subject to a participation fee. Prices vary depending on the format, package booked and presentation options. The exhibitor fee includes stand space, visibility in the participant material and access to all networking elements.
For event planners:
For data protection reasons, participant lists are only possible in individual cases and with the consent of ALL participants (e.g. for a fam trip).
For exhibitors:
Yes - you will receive a list of participants from the event planners after the event, provided they have agreed to the release of data. This makes it easier for you to follow up conversations and carry out targeted preparation and follow-up work.
For event planners:
For you, the focus is on networking - you do not need your own presentation area. However, if you are a provider in the industry and are interested in exhibiting, please contact us.
For exhibitors:
Yes, of course! Depending on the event format, we offer different exhibitor packages - from a simple table stand to a spacious presentation area. Detailed information on sizes, contents and additional services is available directly from us on request.
