In the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, just a ten-minute walk from the train station, the Kongresshaus combines modern conference technology with Alpine charm. Munich and Innsbruck are each about an hour's drive away – it couldn't be more central.
The building has ten flexible rooms ranging from 30 m² to 786 m² and can accommodate 5 to 740 people. Most rooms are air-conditioned, barrier-free, can be darkened, and are flooded with light. Equipment includes flipcharts, pinboards, and modern smart TVs. Floor plans are available on request, and a virtual tour on our website offers a good first impression.
GaPa Convention provides professional support with organization – from free room allocation and hotel booking to advice on technology, catering, and supporting programs. There are many three- and four-star hotels in the immediate vicinity. Parking spaces are available at the hotel and in the surrounding area.
The location in the heart of the Alps offers unique opportunities for supporting programs: natural highlights such as the Zugspitze, Alpspitze, and Partnachklamm, cultural excursion destinations such as Linderhof Palace, the Königshaus am Schachen, and the Olympiaschanze make every event an experience. Depending on the season, special activities such as e-bike tours or igloo workshops are also possible.
