Following the get-together, the organizer’s welcome remarks, and a round of introductions, the highlight of the event will be a presentation by Dr. Christine Theiss on the topic “Success Under Pressure: What Really Connects Top Management and Competitive Sports.”

Chrissi Theiss embodies mental strength, motivation, and healthy performance like few others: As a kickboxing world champion, she knows firsthand how to handle goal-setting, successes, and setbacks at the highest level. Through her own current show, “The Boot Villa,” along with accompanying podcast episodes and personalized coaching sessions, she now guides people holistically through physical and mental transformation processes—drawing on her medical training and years of TV experience, including on The Biggest Loser.

Flesslers Lenggries is the new boutique hotel in the heart of Lenggries. The new name, “Flesslers,” pays homage to local history and is derived from the Old High German word for “raftsman.” This close connection to the region is reflected both in the hotel’s name and in its design concept.

Originally opened in 1972 as a sports and activity hotel for the Munich Olympic Games, its new interior design captures the retro aesthetic of the 1970s and reinterprets it. Equipped with 114 rooms and suites, six event rooms for up to 175 people, a restaurant, a beer garden, a wellness and fitness area, a bicycle garage with a DIY workshop, a heated ski room, an underground parking garage, and electric charging stations, the hotel offers the highest level of comfort for active holidays, relaxation, conferences, and team events.

Among the standout highlights are the rooftop bar on the sixth floor, which offers an impressive panoramic view, and the hotel’s own 20-meter-high climbing wall.
