Cooperation for more MICE events on board the Mein Schiff fleet

Cruise ship and conference event? - For many people, that doesn't seem to go together at first glance.

To broaden this horizon, Illerhaus Marketing has been supporting TUI Cruises since November 2022. Doreen Feldmann from the Illerhaus team recently experienced this for herself. "At first I was a little skeptical as to whether a cruise ship was really the right place for MICE events. Now I'm completely convinced. Everything is possible here - meetings, training, networking and unforgettable trips!", she summed up after visiting the Mein Schiff 3 in Bremerhaven.

MICE planners receive all services from a single source from the TUI Cruises Incentives & Business Events team. From planning the journey to the entire organization of the program such as shore excursions with your own guide, creative workshops, fine dining, gin tasting, sports sessions or a company photo shoot - the team advises and implements. This results in unique events - with full cost control and planning security. Event highlights such as a 5-course menu with service at the Atlantik restaurant are also included in the price of the trip, as are most services.

The response to the first sales & marketing activities was very positive. "I can understand that very well," says agency owner Susanne Illerhaus. "A cruise, paired with shared experiences that connect the teams, simply stays in people's minds and, above all, reaches their hearts, which is usually the goal of such an event."
