Meet & Succeed – The central conference brand for successful meetings
Since January 2025, we have been pooling all our MICE expertise under our own conference brand: Meet & Succeed. With the accompanying website "www.meetandsucceed.eu," we have created a central platform that offers event planners, companies, and agencies fast, transparent, and direct access to our hotels. The aim is to bring together all relevant information relating to conferences, incentives, and group bookings in one place – including direct contact options for the respective hotel teams.

Meet & Succeed stands for clarity, efficiency, and personal service. Instead of clicking through individual hotel websites, our customers can find suitable locations, conference capacities, room overviews, and contact persons at a glance. The brand deliberately acts as a central interface between the customer and the hotel—advising, coordinating, and supporting throughout the entire booking and planning process.

Our German portfolio – Marriott quality, personally managed
We currently operate six hotels in Germany as franchisees of Marriott International. All properties have been completely renovated and offer a high level of comfort, contemporary amenities, and modern conference facilities. Our locations are specifically chosen in cities that are particularly attractive to business travelers and conference guests – with central locations, good accessibility, and a professional environment.

Our current locations in Germany are:
Bochum, Dortmund, Cologne, Schwerin, Magdeburg, and Berlin.

All hotels meet Marriott's high brand standards and are managed with a clear focus on individual service and operational excellence. As franchisees, we combine the strength of an international hotel brand with short decision-making processes, personal advice, and a high degree of flexibility when it comes to individual customer requests.
