Czech Republic & Prague: Popular MICE destinations for German event planners
Did you know that the Czech Republic and its capital Prague are among the 20 best conference destinations in the world according to the ICCA (2022)? The Czech Republic is known for its valuable architectural monuments, seventeen of which have already been recognized by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites. Other attractions of this country in the heart of Europe include its vibrant culture, irresistible cuisine, spa tradition and numerous events: For example, Brno, the second largest Czech city, has been named European Christmas Capital 2024.
From historic to modern, the Czech Republic offers a wide variety of conference facilities. Event planners can choose from a range of congress centers and hotels that can host large conferences. There is an equally large selection of beautiful yet unusual venues (e.g. magnificent castles or former industrial sites) that are ideal for both larger and smaller groups.
MICE workshop with a keynote speech on the similarities and differences between Bavarian and Czech cuisine
Have we sparked your initial interest in the Czech Republic as a MICE destination for your events? Get to know the congress offer and the possibilities for incentive and teambuilding activities in the Czech Republic. Discover what's new this year, get new inspiration and meet 20 Czech partners from regional convention bureaus, hotels, congress centers and DMCs who will be happy to help you organize your next event.
In cooperation with CzechTourism Germany and Czech Convention Bureau, we invite you to the cozy Café Reitschule in the beautiful surroundings of the English Garden. In conversation with Czech partners, you can not only discover the new and unknown, but also look for similarities.
