City of Münster

Münster - 🚴♂️ The cycling city with history, culture and excellent conference facilities 🏛️
Münster, located in the heart of Westphalia, is a city full of history, culture and quality of life. With around 320,000 inhabitants and a lively student scene, it is one of the most important cities in North Rhine-Westphalia. But Münster is not only known as a historic and bicycle-friendly city - it has also developed into a first-class location for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions) 🎤🎉.
🏰 Historic old town and sights
Münster's old town impresses with its historic buildings and charming alleyways. The Prinzipalmarkt with its characteristic gabled houses and arcades forms the heart of the city. It is also home to the historic town hall, where the Peace of Westphalia was signed in 1648.
Another landmark is St. Paul's Cathedral ⛪, whose imposing architecture and astronomical clock attract visitors from all over the world. The Lamberti Church, known for its cages 🏗️ in which the leaders of the Anabaptist movement were once exhibited, tells a dark but fascinating story of the city.
🎤 MICE in Münster - a first-class conference and congress location
In recent years, Münster has established itself as one of the leading cities for business events and congresses. The combination of modern infrastructure, excellent accessibility 🚆 and a unique atmosphere makes the city particularly attractive for conferences, incentives, congresses and trade fairs.
🎨 Culture, nature and leisure
The city offers a rich cultural landscape with museums such as the LWL Museum of Art and Culture 🖼️, the Picasso Museum 🖌️ and the Natural History Museum 🦖 with its famous planetarium.
Lake Aasee 🌊 is a popular destination for nature lovers. This large city lake is ideal for walking, jogging, sailing ⛵ or relaxing - perfect for supporting programs at congresses. Münster's all-weather zoo 🦁, which impresses with its natural enclosures, is also worth a visit.
Join us on an exciting journey through Münster and discover the MICE possibilities of the cycling city!
